The pay is good. The benefits are good. The employee discount is good. The bonus for exempt employees is pretty high. The work is not challenging.

Kontras

Work life balance is nonexistant in some departments. Some managers take credit for work completed by lower level employees. Diversity is not present, beyond the non-exempt level.

Pros

• Generally work with fantastic people. • Work is not difficult, and time flies when busy. • My bosses collaborated with me to create a schedule that worked, as I often had other commitments. • Overall, a pleasant work experience most days. Get good at what you do and you'll do fine.

Kontras

• Some of the senior management was less friendly than others - as to be expected. • Days were very volatile; some could be extremely easy, and others could be a nightmare. • Scheduling was kept rather limited; although I was able to get the hours I wanted, often times management would look to cut hours from departments whenever possible, leaving less support.
