Training was clear and wasn't thrown into the deep end before proper teaching. Great environment to work at overall with good pay for the work required. Flexible scheduling and very kind, understanding management!

Supply issues - needed a better system for ordering new items and restocking basic items. Usually only done by a manager, which meant if a manager wasn't on shift the issue may not be dealt with promptly. Frequently had to improvise with sizes/cups or take basic items off the menu (not just seasonal) due to missing syrups, powders, grounds, etc.
