Kroger is honestly a terrible place to work. I was only employed there a few weeks before being let go. I just started there and all the other cashiers were very welcoming and nice. But the managers and assistant managers are very immature and childish. Once you make it past your 60 day probation you can't really get fired unless you're written up 3 times. They didn't work with my availability but I needed to work 2 jobs. They evaluated me 0-5 and I got all 2's. You really have to suck up to the managers if you want to keep your job. They didn't even call me to fire me they took me off the schedule and said it wasn't working out for personal reasons and I've never been fired before or had any trouble with managers at my previous jobs. And as a cashier you have to scan a certain amount of items a minute or you get written up. - Front End Cashier bei Kroger: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pros

Friendly people, that's about all I can say. And somewhat of a discount

Kontras

Immature and very unfair managers. Corrupt place and they fire people for literally nothing. They will find anything to get to get you fired if you don't suck up to them
