Excellent engineering team, except QA team Good colleagues Good leadership team, Senior Engineering Directors , MD etc. are very good, super helpful and friendly. HR is very nice and helpful. All things are good except QA team

I started an an intern here and then they made me permanent. That was the only good thing. The QA team is a complete mess. Worst team in the whole company. The entire QA team is full of office politics. If you are one of the "yes people" to the people who are leads then you will be fine otherwise you can forget about any career advancement. QA leadership does not care and follows only what the QA leads have to say or do. There is a lot of bias and favouritism. The team is run like a Lala company where only a few people who the leads like can grow. Everyone else will be removed from the team or the company using false reviews.
