Decent benefits package if you stay on long enough. "Yes We Can" initiative gives surprising amount of independent judgement to POS associates when dealing with customers. Bonuses (albeit small) provided for credit card applications. Management was pleasant and reasonable.
Kontras
Aggressive credit card application quotas. Customers will take take advantage of POS Associates ability to determine discounts. Certain times of the retail year (back-to-school, Christmas) can be unbearable!
