Pros
The regular staff member, the ones who do the work and are severely under paid, are the best part about this company however the newer staff members (a part from a few) are just as bad as the SLT members.
Kontras
The pay, the management, the lack of support or growth, the SLT are partically bad (all talk no action), HR (Knowledgepool doesn't have HR but Capita (parent company) does) is questionable, they don't care about mental health but say that they do, majority of upper management lie and throw blame around like their are monkeys, you get max 2 sick "periods" or 9 days (they say 3 periods or 10 days but on the 3rd occasion or 10th day you have to have a meeting with management (who are the ones that are the worst)), workloads for 2 people but you get told it's for 1 and very VERY quickly get told by other team members that there was double the team this time last year.
