Product is best in the industry Easy to demo, not complicated technology Monthly bonus game is a great way to get the entire company bought in each month Daily stand ups, can seem repetitive, but I felt much more in the loop here than other organizations Lot of support from sales performance coaches to help you improve

Extreme micromanagement - from the day you start. Onboarding takes months - and you’re on camera from 9-6 pm so the trainers know you’re studying Once onboarded, weekly stat reviews as if you’re a bdr. Mostly covering call and email stats Run like a factory - was not allowed to take a sick day since teammates were on PTO Health insurance costs - highest I’ve ever seen at an employer Low salaries - pay is far below industry standard. The monthly bonuses are sold as an addition to your salary during recruiting but the goal was rarely hit while I was there

Pros

not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
