Pros

Decent pay, but making less than we were a year ago. Unlimited vacation the first 2 weeks of each month. Fully Remote.

Kontras

Shady Management moves. No more line between sales and customer care, everything is sales push. Will break policy to look better on paper. The entire energy of the company has shifted in the last 5-6 months to a more negative feeling and forced smiles on camera.

Pros

not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
