KnowBe4’s leadership team truly believes that religion and politics have no role in the workplace, as discussions over these topics only lead to unresolvable arguments. That is why KnowBe4 has a “no religion and no politics” policy. Violations of this policy are handled the same as violations of any other company policy and we encourage employees to report violations using the normal channels. We also encourage employees of all levels of our organization to leave reviews on Glassdoor. Asking everyone to do this (regardless of how long they have been at KnowBe4) gives us and our candidates the best picture of our workplace culture. Because our company has grown so fast, we have more employees who have only worked at KnowBe4 for 3 years or less than we have employees who have been here for longer, but anyone on Glassdoor can see that we also have reviews from employees that have been with KnowBe4 for 7+ years. No workplace is perfect for 100% of potential employees, so we encourage everyone to look at all of the reviews on Glassdoor - older, newer, 1-star, 5-star, and more - and take all of that information into account when deciding to work at KnowBe4.
