Hello, this is Lars (Chief Revenue Officer). We truly value all our revenue producing employees and believe you are doing an amazing job! We do everything we can to make KnowBe4 the ideal workplace for sales professionals. We have not cut pay to anyone in the revenue sector. On the contrary, this year we had a 5% cost of living adjustment to match base pay with inflation. As a high growth organization with new products available and changing account values, it is essential that we occasionally adjust the compensation structure for certain departments in the revenue sector in order to keep pay from being turbulent. I believe this may be what you are referring to. All VPs and directors clearly communicate these changes with their teams and the changes do not affect on-track earnings for employees, so everyone can still expect to make the same amount of commissions under the adjusted structure. If you feel that is not true, please let your management know so they can communicate it up the chain.
