Pros

Still have open PTO, for now. Ability to have remote or hybrid options, for now.

Kontras

The company is shifting to a global focus and leaving many of our Clearwater based employees behind. The focus in the US is shifting to Arlington and NYC whose employee count is very low. Millions of dollars is being spent on the offices because that is where the CEO wants to be. The rest of the offices are given crumbs. It’s gross how much butt kissing is done to these employees who are rude and demanding. We had an amazing culture that is being rewritten and removed. KB4 is a shell of what it used to be. These changes are all being done so the company can be sold again and a few select people make money. Screw everyone else that has put blood sweat and tears into making something great. KB4 sold out for a VC company and a CEO who literally doesn’t care.

Pros

not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

Kontras

executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
