Pros
The peers were young and energetic, the lower management was approachable and with good intentions. The benefits were ok but not stellar.
Kontras
The departmental communication was lacking clarity and unity. The company had difficulties retaining any young talent beyond the two year "apprenticeship" when these employees are expected to become productive. The way the company rewarded its employees was meant to shift the disposable profit towards the upper management alone. The company had difficulties containing product quality issues mostly due to outsourcing and copy and paste designs. Not a high tech career for those who are looking for one. Lots of politics too...
