      Pros

      Kinectrics has excellent pay and benefits, and for much of the company, management are good and employees are happy. Locations are good.

      Kontras

      Some elements of upper management have unreasonable expectations, and do not support employees adequately, leading to high turnover and unhappy staff throughout some departments of the company.
