Pros

Professional atmosphere, smart people, extremely busy, HR works hard for a good culture internally.

Kontras

They let people go without hesitation, feedback or focus on the person’s skill set. They ask you to sign their release papers without providing standard minimum by law. HR needs to take a stronger role on this area. Advice to employees: ensure you consult a labour lawyer before you sign anything.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and giving us an opportunity to respond. Letting people go is always a difficult decision which we don’t make easily. In 2019, our turnover rate was 9.8%. It includes voluntary and involuntary departures and is well below high tech industry standard. We can also say with 100% certainty that we never provide less than legal minimums.
