I had a positive experience at Keyweo. The team was very friendly and welcoming. I learned lots about digital marketing and had great help from my mentor. It is a great internship if you are interested in the SEO world.

Holidays and remote days are limited for interns.

The only positive aspect is their commitment to inclusion and diversity in the team. However, this effort is overshadowed by the poor management and toxic work environment.

The managers lacked basic social skills, making daily interactions difficult and demotivating. The company has an extremely high turnover rate, mostly relying on interns who are replaced every six months. This approach leads to zero effort in building connections or providing proper training. In a few months, I witnessed nearly every employee experience burnout or take extended sick leave for depression. The workplace culture is unsustainable and draining.
