Do not move to the area if they say will help you. Unless you are able to get something in writing Do not take the job. They will not actually help you and in truth if you aren't willing to take there world as the truth you will probably get fired.
The pay is horrible and they never actually give you the promotions they promise.
Some of the coworkers are untrustworthy, Many will throw you under the bus. you must document everything.
