Pros

Pays well, great experience, and good people to work with. Products are exceptional and pretty much sell themselves

Employee experience is different based on product your selling, territory you work in, manager you work under and team you are on. KPI'S are here, there and everywhere at this company and none of them align with basic sales practices. They reward based on activity rather than results. When I was at the company # of phone calls made and minutes on the phone and other basic sales activity is weighted more than the actual sales result or growth in the territory. The high turnover (on average 1 se quits/month) makes it difficult for you to see yourself developing a career. Also, no real room to move vertically in this company unless you intend to move down. Additionally after some of my co-workers quit the senior staff(national/area managers, sales leaders etc.) would talk about how poor of a sales executive they were to other colleagues. I quit without having another job lined up because I honestly believed that working here was having an affect on my mental health and I didn't feel comfortable telling the hr. One quarter Canada was ranked as the #1 affiliate in the world and our company vp told us he thinks we can work harder. That's only scratching the surface.

Pros

Fast paced work environment. CRM is the best I have ever had access to. Data tracking and sales insight is top notch. The regional director for TSS in Michigan/Indiana is great to work under. Leads are easily available, the product is great and it’s easy to get in the door places.

Kontras

Metrics are more focused on quantity over quality. Frequently working 50+ hour weeks. Too many reps per territory and it can create a negative perception. Bonus structure vs straight commission is frusterating. Clear advancement structure however being ranked against peers with different sales targets in frusterating. Feels like a turn and burn type of mentality towards sales reps.
