Pros

Talented Co-workers: The sales team and colleagues I worked with were dedicated and highly skilled. • Effective Product: The core product or service offers genuine value and has good market potential.

Kontras

Extreme Job Instability and Lack of Transparency: I am publishing this review after some time, compelled by the collective and consistent negative experiences shared by multiple former colleagues across various channels. My employment was terminated without notice after only six months. The method and timing of the termination were highly unprofessional, as I was notified on a Sunday while engaged in a personal activity. Despite having exceeded my goal two months prior to my departure and building a robust, closing-stage pipeline, the termination felt arbitrary. Furthermore, I received communication through internal channels indicating that I was among the highest performers in my role during the very month of my termination, raising serious questions about the fairness and transparency of personnel decisions. • Compensation Issues and Broken Promises: The most concerning issue involves post-termination pay. I was specifically promised 50% commission for deals that closed within 30 days of my departure. I had multiple contracts out for signature and a large volume of deals with verbal confirmation in the pipeline at the time. The company failed to communicate or issue any payout for these commissions. This discrepancy between the commitment and the action suggests significant issues with honoring compensation obligations to sales staff. • Ethical and Trust Burden: I consistently felt pressure to misrepresent product capabilities and make promises to prospective customers that I knew the company could not keep, creating a significant ethical friction point. This deliberate disconnect between the sales pitch and product reality damages customer trust and made the job professionally difficult. • Questionable Company Culture: The shared experiences of rapid turnover and damaging outcomes among former employees suggest fundamental, systemic issues within the senior leadership and management structure that are severely impacting morale and career stability.
