Pros

My co-workers always had my back, and that's what truly mattered.

The targets that management set for us were unrealistic, and the resources they gave us to achieve those targets were inadequate. We were constantly under pressure, and we were always working overtime. Management was also very micromanaging. They would constantly look overt our shoulders and second-guess our decisions. They made it impossible for us to do our jobs effectively. The worst part of working was the humiliation. When we didn't meet our targets, we would be publicly shamed in front of the entire team. It was demoralizing and dehumanizing.

Thanks for the feedback, sorry it didn't work out for you here! We'll see what we can do with your input, we do publish numbers every week so everyone knows where they stand and try to let folks work within that framework as much as possible. It is meant to help folks understand and manage their own time effectively, but definitely not meant to shame anyone as it is understood that everyone has some difficult week and hence we primarily focus on a 4 week average. Any other specific thoughts on how that could be done better are welcomed.

Pros

KeyStaff is such a great company. I’ve been here for over a year and have loved it. I’m unfortunately leaving the company soon, but I’ve enjoyed my time here so much. My KeyStaff family is amazing, especially my San Antonio Fam! We’re a small team, but we always communicated well with each other, gave feedback, bounced ideas off each other, and we always made sure everyone was helped out as much as possible.

Not really much to say about Cons. The only thing I can think of is just be prepared that not every day will be the same. You’ll have super great days where you can achieve all your goals in a day, but there are some days where it’ll take longer and you just have to make sure to communicate that with your team or manager. If they don’t know something is wrong, then they aren’t able to help you out! Just make sure to ask for help if you need it and be good with following up on your candidates. There may be times that you need to stay longer to make sure you’re meeting you goals, but they make you stay longer. It’s up to you to make sure your communicating with the team and maintaining your metrics.
