This place is just toxic and terrible. Most managers do not care about employees and are insensitive, rude, and condescending. Time off is nearly impossible with a flawed time off system. No flexibility in anything and just plain awful. Do what’s best for you and stay away. There are WAY better similar companies to go to. My spouse works for a company that treat them so great. They are very flexible and understanding and accommodating to life and goes out of its way to make sure all employees are set up for success, KeySource is the complete opposite. Seeing that there are incredible companies out there not just looking for profits but also looking for a mutually beneficial work relationship is the reason I left. I now work for the company my spouse works for and can already see the difference. My new company genuinely cares about employees and KeySource could not care less.
