1. No parental leaves 2.No of leaves is very less 3. No career/learning paths defined 4. Not much to learn if you are an experienced professional (7+yrs) 5. You need to fight to create learning opportunities for yourself 6. As per Indian standards hike m bonus is very poor even if compare to big MNCs they follow same standards as per canada, they need to understand Indian market is different. 7. Organization is still new so need a lot of improvement in their HR policies. 8. Stability is an issue if they don't get enough projects for a particular skillset 9. If you are on closed work permit don't expect your salary to be fair
