Pros
The only pros about this company and my position were that my position was 100% remote away from the circus that existed at their corporate office.
Kontras
This company is a family business nepotism at its best; the family has a heavy hand in the business. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to government contracting. Reviews on this company are poor and/ or suspiciously inconsistent. They were awarded the contract because they are a small minority business who offered a lower bid to the government. They lack Human Resource skills, feedback is not encouraged or even discouraged, untrustworthy management who refuses to take accountability. This place is the twilight zone extremely toxic i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work here.
