They are pretty flexible and encourage mobility with personal goals. if attending school or elsewhere. there always seems to be extra shifts available. New leadership is grade A.
Kontras
It's a group effort, so a slacking coworker can make the work difficult, especially when there always seems to be a shortage of workers. A bit more drama than I'd like, but I wouldn't consider it toxic. There's too many fresh techs, as well, as the more competent ones move to better opportunities.
