Pros
As far as I know, Kettering is the only system in the area that still allows its UM nurses to work remote.
Kontras
Horrible micro-managing, but they don’t even do it well. They’ve become obsessed with productivity reports but those reports are never accurate so you constantly have to track and defend the work you’re doing. They’ve also increased the productivity numbers to a point where the work just isn’t there at the quantity they expect us to be completing, so they send people home early every single shift. Other cons are no room for advancement in the department, hard to get time off, and cult-level religion company wide (the devotions they required every meeting were painful & I can’t believe it’s 2025 and we’re still forcing that on people).
