because executive leadership is so bad, many of people have become even closer to their peers for support and friendship

Executive Leadership treats employees as though they're disposable. rather than trying to understand why there is such a mass exodus at all levels, they'd rather blame it on the people who are leaving. Culture is very toxic CEO and several of his directs needs to be replaced if this company has any chance.
