Pros
Local supervisory/management staff was first-class, from hiring to pay and day-to-day needs. Not sure how so few people managed hundreds of substitute teachers and do it well.
Kontras
No cons w/ Kelly, just cons w/ being substitute teacher to students who treat you with disrespect. Not all of them but enough of them. The school system is taking back (taking over) the management of the substitute teachers in the school system (this is why I checked "getting worse" on the Business Outlook below). The school system needs to take the lessons learned and after action (LL/AAR) comments from the professionals who have been doing a great job for the last several years.
