Management couldn’t get a long! Made it hard on the security office each supervisor chooses their favorites only a few of the supervisors had actually worked security before, lots of times if you requested off you wouldn’t get it because supervisor were careless you would have to constantly remind them, they would constantly change schedules last minute. A couple supervisor would literally nag you over the smallest shiiit most supervisor didn’t even bother to supervise at all! Employees that had been there for years that were good employees, never miss a day, never later, would not get to move up in any way, not a better schedule even if one would come available new hires or the favorites got those! I saw people get hired as supervisor after the first week who never had worked security a day in their life!
