The ability to share ideas with others around the country is exceptional. I worked with very dynamic and energetic people.

The restructuring that was made affected everyone negatively. Bonus structure was flawed and communication between different levels became nearly impossible. The hours are grueling. There is little structure for human resource access beyond your own manager.
