Employees are unappreciated and underpaid. Employees are constantly overloaded with additional job responsibilities and are never compensated for them. Nepotism is alive and well. Members of leadership roles threaten employees and constantly brag about getting people fired or trying to get people fired. The executive team never interacts with their employees.
