      Small, close-knit teams and and flat hierarchy allow interns to make an impact from the start. Collegial atmosphere, friendly and supportive coworkers. Interns are given a lot of responsibility from day 1. Management cares about employees happiness.

      - Most of your time is spent on work; there isn't much activity during the day other than sitting at your desk finishing your work, but I personally found that hard-working culture very insipiring
