Pros

Pay is ok, but you can easily find a better job with the same or better pay

Kontras

It's hard for kvc to keep employees and for those that stay, they are unable to help the kids because of policies. Kids end up coming back over and over again. What's ok for some staff is not ok for others. You will be expected to bow down to big daddy government nonsense as well. Their Trans policies also cause rifts between staff & patients. The pay is ok, but for what you do and deal with you can easily find better work and pay.

Team that works together. Team who cares about you and the client. Room to grow. Constantly learning. You get to be creative with interventions. Flexible.

Kontras

It can be difficult mentally or if you don't like driving it can be a lot.
