Selfish company that only cares about their own profit. Company that lies to their employees constantly and does not care about them. Crappy treatment even though you work hard and try your best. When you look around, you will see that your fellow coworkers are miserable all the time. Get out of there as soon as you can and if you need a job try looking somewhere else. The pay is not competitive and way below the market.
