No pros I found here. not at all recommended.

I joined as fresher here by looking positive reviews. The interview was easy. I was informed to as below after my interview completed. I should pay 50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) which will be refundable after 2 years and sign for 2 years. I have paid 50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and signed for 2 years bond. After joining I was informed to do some tasks. Opened bank account after a week. Till here everything was good. But the company is not paying salary from 5+ months. when we ask about this , the management is saying like will pay later and saying like you are using internet and power for free and not benefitting anything for the company. I joined here with lot of dreams about my career. But everything is gone. I see still so many freshers are joining. Not sure how they will be paid.

Excellent working environment with good scope of learning. Transparency in the work flow. Gives a good start for a fresher. Professionalism, corporate ettiquetes, ethical organisation , and a lot more Good environment,Very friendly management. Leads and Managers. I am working since last 3.5 years. Good to learn
