Fun project work, interesting customer applications. Very clean and well-organized manufacturing environment. Great group of people very passionate about the work performed. Has a really nice familial feel to it where everyone works together to achieve the same end goals.

Business can be cyclical - some years are up while others are down. Trenton, NJ facility is not an R&D and development center, so not much ground-up development is performed here.

The work I did there was challenging but I learned how to do many steps of the process quickly. My coworkers, supervisors, and managers were all very helpful and supportive, always willing to help if I had an issue and answer any question I threw at them.

My only con was that my shift started fairly early, but even then it was just an adjustment issue.
