Lots of young people and a good working atmosphere. Benefits such as cash incentives and trips out as a team. They do offer a grad scheme and there are opportunities for promotion.
Kontras
For a part time, 16 year old staff member I was expected to do a lot of extra roles. The hours are long and you are often kept way past midnight to clean up. Very underpaid for the amount of work you are expected to do.
