There was a decent amount of training provided, particularly for good customer service. This also helped make you feel part of a wider team, which was good motivation.

It was busy almost all the time, making it a rather stressful place to work, because you were busy all the time. Not having time to chat to other employees meant I didn't really feel committed to the company.
