      Pros

      Always doing things for crew . Chances for opportunities are there . Just need more support and stronger manager ... and more of them . It is work in progress and down the road they will get it together . This time of year always seems bad for fast food and restaurants in general .

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.
