Pros

Open communication with leadership. Empowered to do work with tools necessary and given the space to explore ideas and suggestions. New strategy feels more like an entrepreneurial culture.

Kontras

Some workforce is geographically distributed, can at times be difficult to work around. Due to size of organization current training options are somewhat limited.

Really great leadership especially from current CEO Joe Alvarez. Great, smart, and friendly team. Very focused on client value.

Pros

New CEO has come in and made significant improvements. What used to be a top heavy organization is now one of the leanest workplaces I have ever experienced. Several layers of middle management are gone! In its place is a skilled and professional workforce. Non-management (and there are very few managers these days) employees are encouraged to make decisions on their own; we now have a voice in how the organization is run. Previous distractions and the cult of personality of certain individuals in the old organization have been done away with.

Expense policies are outdated and need to be revised.
