Pros
I have been with the company for 20 years now and as such have seen A LOT of changes over the years, some great, some a little more painful. But overall I like working here, it is certainly never boring. I like my coworkers, and the company tries to have frequent small events for employee appreciation (food truck, games, etc.).
Kontras
The only con for my level is that the workload keeps us incredibly busy and it would be nice to eventually have a bit more balance so I can participate in some of the employee appreciation events without feeling like I am missing out on doing more work and get even more behind.
