I have been with KAIP for more then 4 years but have known the owners for more then 10. KAIP has been kind, generous, honest, and encouraging. Inspiring me to do the things I didn't think I could and giving me the responsibility for my own success. Encouraging me to learn new things and guiding me along the way. Expecting integrity and honesty from all that surround us.

Benefits could use some improvements but for a small company they are competitive. Over the 4 years I have been here they improve every year.
