Typical call center job, low pay and horrible (next to nothing commission). Upper management will pretend you're a valued asset but people come and go quickly there. No one really cares because it's such a common thing. They don't have enough desks and people sit on the floor (Dickerson office) Look elsewhere to work as everyone currently there does the same!!! No 401k offered of any sorts, benefits don't start until 3 months after you are there.
