Feel like part of a team. Good to have a say in how things change and hard work is recognised definitely. New things are constantly introduced which helps the business and keeps things fresh for the staff.
Kontras
Management is secretive sometimes which can make you feel a little bit anxious regarding performance. A little bit clicky and I personally found management hard to approach. This is due to them being busy in fairness.
