Pros
Safe environment for a first job. Hires tend to be recent graduates with lots of energy, ideas and eagerness. Feedback is encouraged and communication is pretty open. Small company structure, high paced environment, meaning that you'll be touching on a lot of different subjects not necessarily in your role's traditional description - hence the unconventional job postings - and therefore learning a lot. Great relationship with your colleagues, it can feel like an extension of your last year of college with your friends. Good health benefits and shows great humanity when personal life happens.
Kontras
Low salary and minimal compensation structure (no performance bonus, minimum vacations). Lack of experience in the team, aside from the top-level management. Low resources, meaning every one will have to take on things outside of their "job description." Lack of maturity (for the company overall, not the people) when it comes to some processes, the relationship with leads and clients, or commercial and growth vision. Industry (ERPs and B2B software solutions) can be tough and a little "unfun" at times.
