I agree with a lot of the other reviews that mention good co-workers. I really enjoyed the team I was working on.

The executive team is so toxic. I also wonder if there is incompetence or if they just don't care to be any better. I've watched the head of HR completely destroy the great company culture around autonomy. He and the CEO think they need to track every single thing you do every day. Want to be badgered about how many commits you have everyday? Come work here. Want to be rated by people that have no idea how development works? Come work here. Want to be told that investors aren't sure you're worth keeping? Come work here. All that matters to the leadership here is how many dollars they can get from investors, not how to make the company better. I've noticed that in the reviews only sales people have anything positive to say recently. That tracks with my experience here. They were always highlighted and praised in company meetings and we had to bend over to get them features to close contracts. Devs and CS are just taken for granted here. Its a shame because Jolt wouldn't be anywhere without some of the great developers that work here. Things started out ok here in the beginning but over the years all they've done is nose dive. Benefits aren't getting any better, I'd argue they are getting worse. Raises here are terrible if you even get one.
