Pros
Team very nice. Good working culture. They’re very professional and have lots of cool ideas. Lots and lots of possibilities at that company. They’re very hands on with FE development which is ok for me but they need to implement their ideas more.

Business needs to be confident. They have many customers. This company needs to make much much more hires. They need to consolidate all their employees into one work location. It will help the company gel. Only other con is that I very wish my FE role was made permanent but I’m happy for the work experience with them.
