I applied for three jobs on Jobrack. One didn’t reply, one didn’t move forward, and I got hired for the third! At first glance, the platform seems organized and the communication appears professional, until you submit your work.

Extremely long and unpaid test tasks, including Loom videos that are often never watched. They disappear after you submit, or send generic ChatGPT-style rejection emails weeks later with no real feedback. A huge waste of time and energy.
