Can be hard at first for people with no experience in science writing

The commute was manageable and the people I worked with were competent.

- Every week I sat there watching decisions get made in other departments that directly impacted my work, only to discover them days later through some random email. - There was no central system for sharing information, no meeting structure that truly connected teams, and no documentation of what was happening. - I wasted countless hours chasing basic context that should have been available to everyone. - What made it even worse was seeing people in charge accept this dysfunction as normal instead of creating even the most basic communication channels. - Work was constantly delayed, critical details slipped though the cracks, and I watched colleagues become exhausted from the endless confusion.
