With the organisation scaling up new people from other ed-tech organisations are joining and the work culture is increasingly becoming hostile and aggressive. Before assigning any change in timings or responsibilities there is hardly any discussion with the employee concerned and it is just being dictated. New hires are joining as senior managers without proper training and the work culture is changing to more of policing.
