Pros

Great people, you get exposed to a lot of different areas of technology, things move faster than a large company - less red tape. If you are good and can deal with the culture you can grow fast and high here.

Kontras

There are little to no consequences to poor performance. People are there and have been there for a long time that drag the organization down. When people screw up big they just get moved elsewhere.
