Favortism - Allowing staff to break company policy based on who they are, missing work without being required to have PTO to use as the manual states. Poor Communication / Follow Through - Certain departments were continually allowed to not follow rules / timelines for when work was to be complete. Communication and workflow processes that were discussed and agreed to during meetings were rarely followed or upheld.
